NEW ADVISORY BOARD
The Vessel Group has announced the formation of a strategic advisory board comprised of accomplished and respected leaders in various energy, consulting, and global business industries. With the advisory board’s skillful direction, The Vessel Group will expand its advisory offerings and partnerships into growing the firm’s cyber security offerings, staff augmentation services, and advisory projects outside of the Energy space. The board will work closely with The Vessel Group’s existing leadership team.

Larry C Payne - President and CEO. LESA & Associates, LLC, a private energy consulting company. Formerly retired from the energy industry after over 40 years in the industry.
Paula McCann Harris - An energy executive with over 30 years of experience in oil and gas and transition-to-renewable programming. Paula has worked in Engineering, Training and Development and in the development of global Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) solutions.
Brad Chambers - The office managing shareholder of Baker Donelson's Houston office and a member of the Baker Donelson's Board of Directors. Mr. Chambers represents clients in high stakes litigation and trials throughout Texas, across the United States, as well as internationally.
Ron Smith- Vice President of Joint Venture Development for Pure Cycle Technologies. An experienced executive with over 32 years in the refining industry.
Ambassador Juan B. Sosa - The White House’s Ambassador of Panama from 1987-1989. President of the U.S.-Panama Business Council. Consul General of Panama in Houston from 2014-2019, with extensive prior service in the private sector.
